Meet Anena Sharon
Business coach, founder, trainer, and community builder — helping Uganda's entrepreneurs and young people grow with clarity and confidence.
Her story
Based in Gulu City, Anena Sharon works with founders, teams, and young people across northern Uganda, Kampala, and virtually nationwide. Her coaching blends practical business strategy with the mindset work that helps people follow through.
Over the years she has grown from entrepreneur to coach and trainer, building communities where founders learn from one another and where young people discover what they are capable of. Her work spans one-to-one coaching, the Founders' Hub, hands-on trainings, the Superchild Program for teens and young people, and the Creatives Idea Hub.
She believes growth should be grounded in real context — the realities of running a business in Uganda — not borrowed from a template.
